My chat with the Home Barista Podcast

I was on a podcast!

Holy smokes. I did a thing:

Back in March, Sean aka The Drumming Barista, got in touch to have yarn about all things coffee and to get behind The Magic Roast.

We spoke for nearly two hours (don’t worry, he gets it down to an hour!), as is Sean’s ability to make you comfortable and get you talking.

We covered a huge range of topics! Instant coffee, the comms and marketing issue with specialty coffee, the origins of The Magic Roast and my favourite brewer of all time, the Nespresso.

And I get to shout out Matt and the crew at Haumoana Coffee.

Sean made me feel really comfortable and I had an absolute blast chewing the fat and talking coffee with him. I was absolutely fizzing after the chat, and it wasn’t just a result of the huge amount of caffeine I consumed during the yarn!

WARNING - I speak so slowly at the beginning. I was so nervous about giving Sean some good content for the podcast that I froze up! Sean got it out of me at the end though.
