The Magic Roast is back!
After what seems like an absolute age, The Magic Roast is back in print!
Back with new energy, new hot takes and new yarns.
Along with the normal brews methods, reviews and history that you expect on a great coffee blog, we're also getting to know the people who make the magic world of coffee tick.
Coming up in the next month will be yarns with a new cafe owner, a Wellington based barista training for the New Zealand Barista Champs, cafe reviews direct from our newly minted London correspondent, and other rad insights into the drink that keeps us going everyday.
We'll also be digging through the old archives from back in the day and bring the old Magic Roast back to life - some of those posts are mad lols, but give a bit of an insight to the specialty coffee scene from the early 2010s.
